Description: Sligh Avenue crossing the Samuel L. Lowry Bridge over the Hillsborough River between Old Seminole Heights and the border between Lowry Park Central and Riverbend in Tampa, Florida. This view is from the south side of the bridge on the shores of what I assume is a City of Tampa water pumping facility on the southwest corner of Sligh Avenue and North River Boulevard.
