Description: The Sun Building (also known as the Baltimore Sun Building or American Bank Building) located at 1317 F Street, NW in Downtown Washington, D.C. The Gothic-style building was designed by noted architect Alfred B. Mullett and constructed in 1885. The Sun Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 27, 1985 (one of three neighboring buildings listed on the NRHP). Its 2009 property value is $13,931,970.
