Description: A memorial and grave marker for Brigadier General Theodore J. Wint, 1845-1907. On the front of the base is a profile bust relief of Wint in uniform, with epaulets on the proper left shoulder. The bust is contained within an oval shape, through which a palm frond extends from both the top and bottom areas. The base upon which the relief is affixed is tall, column-like, and multitiered, with a polished sphere on its top, resting on top of elements through which rope or chain is woven. The rear of the base contains a plaque of the Pennsylvania State Seal, and all sides of the base contain inscriptions. Located Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
