Description: Tom Fink (born 1928) is an American retired politician. Fink served as speaker of the Alaska House of Representatives in the 1970s and later served as mayor of Anchorage, Alaska. Unlike the other photo of Fink recently uploaded, this one shows him wearing his trademark bow tie, even though it's partially cropped out.
