Description: Kinzua Dam on the Allegheny River in Warren County near Warren, Pennsylvania, USA. The dam was constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 1960–1965. The dam impounds the Allegheny Reservoir, also known as Kinzua Lake. The Seneca pumped storage reservoir can be seen on the left. The dam provides flood control on the Allegheny River and Ohio River, and hydroelectric power production.
