Description: Villa of German banker Barthold Arons (1850–1933), part of Colonie Alsen, located at Grosser Wannsee southwest of Berlin. Here his son Bruno Arons was raised after 1880, who later became an architect and changed his family name to Ahrends. The latter built between 1921 to 1925 a cottage for his own family in direct neighbourship.
