Description: BUILT IN 1930 BY DEVELOPER W.E. BARNARD, THE HOUSE WAS ADVERTISED AS BEING AN “ARTISTIC HOME”. THE DOMINANT ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES ARE A LARGE, STONE BEEHIVE CHIMNEY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE FRONT ELEVATION, AND THE HIGH-PITCHED, GABLED ENTRY WITH A CHARACTERISTICS TUDOR ARCH AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER.
