Description: This time capsule, located on the grounds of the York Civic Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada adjacent to the city of York's war memorial, was created and sealed on the occasion of the amalgamation of the six independent cities of Metropolitan Toronto in 1998. It is expected to be opened in 2193, on the four hundredth anniversary of Toronto's foundation.
