Iman Afsarian (born in 1974) is a talented painter from Iran. He is known for his realistic style of art. Besides painting, he also works with a well-known Iranian art magazine called Herfeh: Honarmand. He has been the artistic director, editor, writer, and a critic for this magazine since it first started in 2003.
Early Life and Education
Iman Afsarian was born in the city of Tehran, Iran. He studied art at the Tehran University of Arts, which is now known as the University of Art. He earned his first degree in painting in 1996. Later, in 2000, he completed his master's degree in illustration from the same university.
Afsarian's Artistic Style
As an artist, Iman Afsarian joined the Iranian art scene in the early 2000s. He focused on making art that looks very real. This style is often called figurative, realistic, or naturalistic painting. He helped to make this type of art stronger and more popular in Iran.
