Iris, The Happy Professor (also known as Professor Iris) is a fun Canadian TV show. It aired from 1992 to 1994 and had 156 episodes. The show was created by Henri Desclez, a former comic book artist. It's all about Professor Iris, a friendly purple ibis bird. He teaches a class of unique students.
Professor Iris can teach many different subjects. He always wears special bowties that match his lesson. A French version of the show was also made in Montreal.
