Design and Height of the Towers
Both Jade Beach and Jade Ocean were designed by a very famous architect named Carlos Ott. He is known for creating modern and unique buildings around the world.
Jade Beach was finished in 2009. It has 52 floors and stands about 175 metres (574.01 ft) tall. This makes it one of the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach and also one of the tallest in all of Florida.
Jade Ocean was completed a little earlier, in 2008. It has 51 floors and is about 544.62 feet (166 m) tall. Jade Ocean has a darker glass exterior compared to Jade Beach, but they share a similar modern style. Even though they are not exactly identical, they are often seen as "twin" towers because they were built by the same team and have similar designs.
