Jake Clemons (born February 27, 1980) is an American musician, singer, and songwriter. He is best known as the saxophonist for Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. He joined the band in 2012. Jake took over this role after his uncle, Clarence Clemons, who was the original saxophonist, passed away.

Jake Clemons plays many instruments. He has played saxophone, percussion, and sung backing vocals for Bruce Springsteen. He performed on major tours like the Wrecking Ball World Tour and The River Tour 2016. Jake studied jazz music at the Virginia Governor's School for the Arts. He has also performed with other famous musicians. These include Eddie Vedder, Roger Waters, the Swell Season, and the Roots.

In January 2017, Jake Clemons released his own solo album. It was called Fear & Love.
