Jakob Eklund's wife, Marie Richardson, is also an actress. She often acted alongside him in the Johan Falk films. She played his girlfriend in the first three movies: The Third Wave, Executive Protection, and Zero Tolerance. She continued to play her role in the other 17 Johan Falk films, which were released between 2009 and 2015.
