Janet Greek was born in 1949 in Timmins, Ohio. She is an American director and writer. She creates films and television shows. Many people know her for directing episodes of the science fiction series Babylon 5.
Her Work in TV and Film
Janet Greek has directed many well-known television shows. Her directing credits include St. Elsewhere, L.A. Law, and Northern Exposure. She also directed episodes of Max Headroom and Melrose Place. Fans of fantasy shows might know her work on Xena: Warrior Princess. She even directed episodes for Crusade, which was a spin-off from Babylon 5. Besides directing, she also wrote two episodes for the TV series Renegade.
In 1986, Janet Greek directed her first full-length movie. It was called The Ladies Club. She was credited as A.K. Allen for this film. Later, in 1988, she directed another movie named Spellbinder. Before these, she directed a short film in 1984 called Just My Luck.

In 1983, Janet Greek directed a music video for "Ricky". This was the very first official music video for the famous musician "Weird Al" Yankovic.
