Jay Michael Leggett (born August 9, 1963 – died November 23, 2013) was an American actor, comedian, producer, director, and writer. He was born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Jay Leggett went to Tomahawk High School. After high school, he studied fine arts at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.
