Jennifer Majura Indrasen (born June 16, 1983) is a talented musician from Germany. She plays many instruments, including guitar, bass, and sings vocals. From 2015 to 2022, she was the rhythm guitarist for the well-known American rock band Evanescence.

Jen Majura's Life and Music

Jennifer Majura was born in Stuttgart, which was in West Germany at the time. She started her musical journey very early, at just six years old. Her father, who is from Thailand, was also a musician. He helped start a German band called KIZ.

Starting a Professional Career

Jen Majura became a professional musician in the year 2000. She played on a song called "Lord of the Flies" with the band Rage. She also toured with Rage around the world from 2006 to 2009.

Joining Different Bands

Majura has been a part of several bands. She started an AC/DC cover band called Black Thunder Ladies, where she played lead guitar. Later, she joined Knorkator as a guitarist from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, she played bass for the band Equilibrium.

Time with Evanescence

In August 2015, something big happened! Amy Lee, the lead singer of Evanescence, announced that Jen Majura would join their band. She replaced their previous guitarist, Terry Balsamo. Because of this, Majura left Equilibrium in November 2015 to focus on Evanescence. She played with Evanescence until May 2022.

New Beginnings with How We End

In 2023, Jen Majura joined a new metal group called How We End. This band is quite international, with musicians from Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain. The group includes two singers, Diva Satanica and Jake E. Jen Majura plays guitar alongside Tom Naumann. Their first song, "My Fighting Heart," was released in 2023.
