Jesús Guzmán Gareta (born June 15, 1926 – died October 16, 2023) was a well-known Spanish actor. He had a very long career, appearing in many movies and television shows.
Jesús Guzmán was famous for his roles in films such as Death on High Mountain (1969), Cachimba (2004), and Maestros (2000). He also starred in the popular TV series Crónicas de un pueblo (1971).
He acted in many western films, which are sometimes called "Spaghetti Westerns." These movies were often filmed in a region of Spain called Almería. Some of his western films include For a Few Dollars More (1965) and Sartana Kills Them All (1970).
Jesús Guzmán came from a family of actors. He was the great-grandson of another actor named Antonio Guzmán.
