Jessica Naz (born 24 September 2000) is an English professional footballer. She plays as a forward for Women's Super League club Tottenham Hotspur. Jessica also plays for the England national team. Before joining the senior team, she played for England's youth teams. These included the under-17, under-19, and under-23 squads.

Playing for Clubs
Jessica Naz started her football journey in the youth academy at Tottenham Hotspur. However, she made her first professional appearance for Arsenal. This happened on 23 February 2018. She came into the game as a substitute for the last three minutes. Arsenal won that game 1–0 against Everton.
Returning to Tottenham
Naz rejoined Tottenham later in 2018. She helped the team get promoted to the Women's Super League. This is the top league for women's football in England. Sadly, she missed the entire 2019–20 season because of a serious knee injury. This injury was to her anterior cruciate ligament.
She made a great comeback from her injury in December 2020. In February 2021, she signed a new contract with Tottenham. Her manager, Rehanne Skinner, believed she could score goals more often.
Awards and Key Goals
In March 2022, Jessica Naz won a special award. She was named Young Player of the Year at the London Football Awards. On 30 October 2022, she scored two goals in one game. This was during a match against Brighton & Hove Albion. Tottenham won that game by a huge score of 8–0.
In February 2023, Naz signed another contract extension with Tottenham. This showed how important she was to the team. On 21 January 2024, she scored a winning goal. This dramatic goal helped Tottenham beat West Ham 4–3. She came on as a substitute in that exciting match.

Youth Teams
She played for England's youth teams, starting from the under-17s up to the under-23s. On 1 October 2018, she scored three goals in one game. This is called a hat trick. It happened during a 9–0 win against Malta for the under-19 team.
In April 2019, she scored two more goals against Sweden. She also scored one goal against Italy. These goals helped England's under-19 team reach the final tournament. On 16 July, Naz scored a late goal against Germany. This was during the 2019 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship.
In November 2021, Naz joined the under-23 team. She played in a big 9–0 win against Estonia. In October 2023, she scored the first goal in a 2–0 win against Portugal. This happened with her very first touches of the ball after coming on as a substitute.
Senior Team
Jessica Naz got her first call-up to the senior squad on 14 May 2024. This was for the UEFA Euro 2025 qualification matches. She was first a standby player. But she joined the full squad when another player, Lauren James, got injured. Jessica made her first senior appearance on 12 July. She came on as a substitute in a 2–1 win against the Republic of Ireland.
