After finishing her studies at NIT, Jessie began her career. She joined a technology design company called Tata Elxsi. There, she worked as a trainer and helped with sales support.

Working at Infosys

Jessie worked for almost 15 years at big companies like O&M, Infosys, and iGate. In 1998, she joined Infosys as a Global Brand Manager. Her job was to help set up the company's marketing team. She also created special marketing programs. One of these was the Wharton Infosys Business Transformation Award. During her time, Infosys won a big award called the Diamond Award from the IT Services Marketing Association in the US. Jessie was also part of the team that helped Infosys get listed on NASDAQ in 1999. This meant Infosys shares could be traded on a major stock exchange.

Moving to New Ventures

In 2003, Jessie left Infosys to join a new company called Quintant Corporation. This company focused on back-office services. She became their Global Marketing Head. Soon after, Quintant was bought by iGate Corp. Jessie continued to work at iGate for two years.

Leading Marketing at Wipro

In 2005, Jessie Paul became the chief marketing officer (CMO) at Wipro. She led a large team of 50 people. Her role was to guide all the marketing efforts for Wipro.

Starting Her Own Company

Jessie left Wipro Technologies in 2009. She decided to start her very own company called Paul Writer Strategic Advisory. This company helps other businesses with their marketing. Jessie Paul is known as one of the most important women in information technology in India.
