Jet Tila, whose full name is Jet Tilakamonkul, is a famous American chef. He is also an author, owns restaurants, and helps create new ones. He is well-known for his appearances on the Food Network.

Early Life
Jet Tila was born in Los Angeles, California, on February 6, 1975. His parents came to the United States from Thailand in 1966. His family's roots are from Hainan, an island in southern China.
Chef and Restaurant Career
Jet Tila has been the chef at several restaurants. He worked at The Charleston in Los Angeles from 2014 to 2021. He also worked at Pakpao Thai in Los Angeles from 2014 to 2024.
He also helps develop new restaurants. He worked on Dragon Tiger Noodle Co., which has three locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Jet Tila also helped with the chain restaurant Pei Wei Asian Kitchen.
In recognition of his cooking skills, Jet Tila was given a special title. The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Los Angeles named him a "culinary ambassador" for Thailand. This means he helps share Thai food and culture.
