José Antonio Aguiriano Forniés (born August 9, 1932 – died May 14, 1996) was an important Spanish politician. He was a member of the Socialist Workers' Party.

Aguiriano served in the first and founding sessions of the Congress of Deputies. This is like the main parliament of Spain. He represented the area of Álava. He was also a member of the Basque Parliament from 1980 to 1981.
