Juan de la Luz Enríquez is a small town in Mexico. It is located in the state of Veracruz, within the Jesús Carranza area. In 2010, about 196 people lived there. The town is named after a famous politician, Juan de la Luz Enríquez.

The town sits about 120 meters (around 394 feet) above sea level. It shares its borders with several places. To the north, you'll find the town of Juan Escutia. To the west, it borders empty lands in the state of Oaxaca. To the south-east, it is close to Casa Blanca and the Uxpanapa Valley. Finally, to the south, it borders the municipality of Santa María Chimalapa, which is also in Oaxaca.

Winter Weather

In winter, from November to December, the average temperature drops to about 13°C (around 55°F). This season brings heavy, monsoon-like rains, locally known as "North" winds. These rains can also last for up to three months, sometimes causing floods and muddy conditions.
