Later, they wrote very popular cookbooks together. Their first book, The Silver Palate Cookbook, came out in the 1980s. People say Julee Rosso changed how Americans cook and eat!

Her Early Life and Career

Julee Rosso went to Michigan State University. She was part of a group called Alpha Phi there. After her studies, she became a successful businesswoman.

From 1991 to 2021, Julee owned a cozy hotel. It was called the Wickwood Inn. The inn was located in Saugatuck, Michigan.
