Kaitlyn Phillips, born on July 9, 1997, is an Australian rugby league player. She plays as a second-rower for the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL Women's Premiership. She also plays for the Tweed Heads Seagulls in the QRL Women's Premiership.

Early Life and Rugby Beginnings
Kaitlyn Phillips was born in Orange, New South Wales, Australia. She started playing rugby league in 2018 for a team called the Orange Hawks. Kaitlyn is also of Indigenous Australian background.
Kaitlyn's Rugby Journey
Starting Her Senior Career
In 2019, Kaitlyn joined the Mounties RLFC team. They play in the NSWRL Women's Premiership. In May of that year, she played for NSW Country in the Women's National Championships. On October 11, 2019, she proudly played for the Prime Minister's XIII team. They won their game against Fiji.
Playing for Queensland and All Stars
In 2020, Kaitlyn moved to Queensland. She joined the Tweed Heads Seagulls in the QRL Women's Premiership. On February 22, 2020, she played as a second-rower for the Indigenous All Stars team.
Joining the NRLW
Later in 2020, on September 22, Kaitlyn joined the Sydney Roosters team. This team plays in the top-level NRL Women's Premiership. She made her first game for the Roosters in Round 1 of the 2020 NRLW season. Her team won 18–4 against the St. George Illawarra Dragons.

On February 20, 2021, Kaitlyn played for the Indigenous All Stars again. This time, they played against the Māori All Stars. The Māori All Stars won that game 24–0.
