Kampong Speu is a province located in the country of Cambodia. It's a really interesting place with a rich history and beautiful nature. The main city and capital of the province is called Chbar Mon.
The name Kampong Speu comes from the Khmer language. It means "starfruit port," which sounds pretty cool, right? It probably got this name because starfruit was once an important trade item there.
Geography and Nature
Kampong Speu province is home to some amazing natural landmarks. One of the most famous is Phnom Aural. This mountain is actually the tallest peak in all of Cambodia! Imagine climbing to the top and seeing everything from up high.
