Kengo Ishii's Football Journey
Kengo Ishii was born in Ishikari, Hokkaidō, Japan. He started his football journey at a young age. He joined the youth team of Consadole Sapporo. This was between 2002 and 2004.
Professional Career Beginnings
Ishii began his professional career in 2005. He joined Consadole Sapporo, the same club where he played as a youth. He played in the J2 League. This is Japan's second-highest football division. He stayed with Consadole Sapporo until 2009. During this time, he played 115 games. He scored 17 goals for the club.
Time at Ehime FC
