Kiana Valenciano facts for kids

Kristiana Maria Mikaela Pangilinan Valenciano-Tolentino, known to many as Kiana Valenciano, is a talented Filipino R&B singer and songwriter. She was born on December 21, 1992. Kiana is the daughter of the famous Filipino music icon, Gary Valenciano. She began her music journey as an independent artist in 2017. Her first songs were "Circles" and "Does She Know." In 2018, she joined the music label Tarsier Records. She then released her first collection of songs, called an EP, titled Grey. One of the songs from Grey, "Caught U", was even nominated for an Awit Award!

In 2019, Kiana released her first full album, See Me. This album featured 10 songs that she wrote herself. She also performed in New York City in May 2019 for a special event. After that, she had several shows in Los Angeles, California.

Kiana's Music Journey

In 2017, Kiana started her career by releasing her first song, Circles. Soon after, she released another popular song, Does She Know. In July of the same year, she was featured on a song called "Mean 2 U" by James Reid. In September, she signed with Tarsier Records, which is part of Star Music. She also released a new song called Misfits that month. In February 2018, she released her EP, Grey, which had four songs.

In March 2019, Kiana released her first full album, See Me. This album had 10 songs and featured other artists like Curtismith, Sofia, KINGwAw, and Moophs. Later that year, in September, she worked with an artist named fern on a song called "Sweet." In December, she released the single "Hide My Love."

In January 2020, Kiana teamed up with Australian music producer Billy Davis for the song No Rush. In April, she released her single Corners. In May, she collaborated with Cambodian-American singer SATICA on a song called Ambrosia. In July 2020, Kiana became part of 88rising's Paradise Rising group. This group features other Filipino artists like Jason Dhakal and fern. As part of their EP semiluscent, Kiana released the song Safe Place.

Her Life Outside Music

Kiana Valenciano and her partner, Lisandro "Sandro" Tolentino, got married in 2023. Sandro is not involved in the entertainment industry.
