María Francisca "Kika" Silva Sánchez, born on March 18, 1992, is a well-known Chilean model and TV star. She is also an actress. Kika is famous for her work on television and in the fashion world.

Early Life and School

Kika Silva was born in Santiago, Chile. Her parents are Daniel Silva and Francisca Sánchez, who was a hockey player. Kika is the oldest of four children. When she was in school, she was part of the athletics team. However, a back injury at age 14 stopped her from continuing sports.

After finishing high school in 2010, Kika studied physical education. In 2012, she went to Mexico for five months to start her modeling career. She even worked with Vogue Latin America magazine. Later that year, she came back to Chile to begin acting on TV.

Television Career

Kika Silva started her TV journey as a host for a show called Vía de escape. This show was on a cable channel named Vive Deportes. After that, she joined the entertainment news program SQP.

She became a model and a regular guest on the morning show Bienvenidos. This popular show is on Canal 13.

In 2017, Kika won a special title at the Viña del Mar International Song Festival. She was crowned the "Queen of the Festival." She won against Spanish model Gala Caldirola and Mexican singer Jass Reyes. The crown was given to her by Virginia Reginato. Kika also received a beautiful ring with 32 diamonds and 20 emeralds.
