The Story of Kingsburg
Kingsburg was officially planned and created in 1917. It got its name from a person named Mike King, who owned land in the area. Before it was officially laid out, a post office opened in Kingsburg in 1913. This post office helped people send and receive mail until it closed down in 1940.
