Kiryat HaLeom facts for kids
Kiryat HaLeom (Hebrew: קריית הלאום; The Nation City), also known as Kiryat HaUma (קריית האומה; The People's City), is a big project in West Jerusalem that will include all of the Israeli government buildings and the national cultural institutions. The project is near Kiryat HaMemshala, the Knesset, and Wohl Rose Park, in the northern part of Givat Ram.
The project will include a national boulevard and square, and many parking spaces and pedestrian streets.
