Starting Her Career
In 2021, Kyra played for the Newcastle Knights' Tarsha Gale Cup team. This is a competition for young female players. She even won the Coach's award that year. In November 2021, she joined the Knights' first-ever NRLW team.
Playing in 2022
In February 2022, Kyra played for the Indigenous All Stars team. They played against the Māori All Stars. Later that year, she made her official NRLW debut. This happened in Round 4 of the 2021 NRL Women's season. She played for the Knights against the St. George Illawarra Dragons.
Playing in 2023
In May 2023, Kyra Simon signed a one-year contract. She joined the Parramatta Eels team.
