Lalita Panyopas (born October 5, 1971) is a famous Thai actress. Many people know her by her nickname, Mew. She has starred in many Thai movies and TV shows. She is especially well-known for her roles in lakorn, which are like Thai soap operas.

Lalita Panyopas: Her Acting Journey
Lalita Panyopas started her acting career in the late 1980s. She appeared in several feature films. She also became a lead actress in many Thai TV dramas. These TV shows were very popular from the late 1980s to the early 2000s.
Early Success in TV Dramas
Her big break came in 1987. She starred in a TV drama called Prisana. This show was a period drama, meaning it was set in an earlier time. It aired on Channel 3 in Thailand. Prisana helped make her a household name.
