Lenora Isabella Crichlow (born on 4 January 1985) is a British actress. She is well-known for her main roles in several TV shows and films. These include playing Maria "Sugar" Sweet in the comedy-drama Sugar Rush. She also played Annie Sawyer in the supernatural drama Being Human. Another famous role was Shania Andrews in the sports film Fast Girls (2012).
In 2013, Lenora played Chen Sam in the TV movie Burton & Taylor. She also appeared as Victoria Skillane in the "White Bear" episode of the sci-fi series Black Mirror. Later, she had regular parts in the sitcoms Back in the Game (ABC) and A to Z (NBC). In 2020, she joined the main cast of the comedy series Avenue 5. In this show, she played Billie McEvoy, a second engineer.

Early Life and Training
Lenora Crichlow was born and grew up in Harlesden, London. Her parents are Frank Crichlow and Lucy Addington. Her father, Frank, was born in Trinidad and Tobago. He owned a famous restaurant called the Mangrove restaurant in Notting Hill. Many famous people, like Jimi Hendrix, visited his restaurant.
Lenora has two sisters, Amandla and Francesca, and one brother, Knowlton. Her younger sister, Amandla, is also an actress. She appeared in shows like Prime Suspect: The Final Act. From age twelve, Lenora trained with the Young Blood Theatre Company. This company was in Hammersmith, West London. She later studied drama at the University of Sussex.
