Letizia Paternoster, born on July 22, 1999, is a talented Italian cyclist. She competes in both road cycling and track cycling. In road cycling, riders race on regular roads, while track cycling takes place on special indoor or outdoor tracks called velodromes. Letizia is known for her speed and skill in both types of racing. She rides for the UCI Women's WorldTeam Team Jayco–AlUla.

Letizia has won many important races and medals throughout her career. In October 2017, she earned a gold medal in the team pursuit at the European Track Championships. A team pursuit is a race where teams of cyclists chase each other around the track. In April 2018, she achieved her first professional road race victory at the Gran Premio della Liberazione in Rome. Just two days later, she won a stage and the overall title at the Festival Elsy Jacobs in Luxembourg.
