Lianhu District facts for kids
Lianhu District (Chinese: 莲湖区, pinyin: Liánhú Qū, meaning Lotus lake District) is a district of Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. It is in the center, a little northwest of Xi'an. Its name is from Lianhu park. The Xi'an government is also here. The district covers 38.32 square kilometres (14.80 sq mi). As of November 2010, 698,513 people live there.
