Limones is a small community located in the Barú District of Chiriquí Province, Panama. It is known as a corregimiento, which is like a local administrative area or a small town in Panama.
In 2010, about 1,040 people lived in Limones. The area covers about 53.8 square kilometers (20.8 square miles). This means there are about 19 people living in each square kilometer. The population has changed a bit over the years. In 1990, there were 974 residents, and in 2000, there were 948.
