Lisa Nicole Carson is an American actress. She is famous for her roles in popular TV shows like ER (1996–2001), where she played Carla. She also starred as Renee Raddick in Ally McBeal (1997–2002).

Lisa Nicole Carson started her acting journey by performing in plays at the famous Negro Ensemble Company. Her first TV appearance was in 1991 on the show Law & Order. In 1992, she had a small role in The Cosby Show.
She was a regular on The Apollo Comedy Hour before moving into films. Her early movies included Let's Get Bizzee (1993), Jason's Lyric (1994), and Devil in a Blue Dress (1995). She also acted in Love Jones and Life. In 1995, she performed as an R&B singer in the TV movie Divas. She also had a role as Mattie Mereaux in the 1997 movie Eve's Bayou.
