List of lighthouses in Costa Rica facts for kids
Lighthouses are tall towers with bright lights that help ships find their way at sea. They act like traffic lights for boats, guiding them safely away from dangerous rocks or shallow waters, and showing them where the coast is. Costa Rica, with its beautiful coastlines on both the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, has several important lighthouses. These lights help sailors navigate the waters around this Central American country.
