Madison Square Park Tower is a very tall building, also known as a skyscraper. It was finished in 2017. You can find it in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, New York City.

This amazing building was designed by a company called Kohn Pedersen Fox. It stands out because it's the tallest building between the Midtown and Financial District areas of Manhattan. It was the second skyscraper built on its block.

Building the Tower

When Construction Started

Work on the Madison Square Park Tower began in April 2014. First, older buildings on the spot were taken down. This part was finished by July 2014.

Finishing the Skyscraper

After the old buildings were gone, the new tower started to rise. The whole construction project was completed in 2017. The building officially opened its doors in 2018.

Design and Look

Who Designed the Tower?

The main design for Madison Square Park Tower came from Kohn Pedersen Fox. Another group, Goldstein, Hill & West Architects, also helped with the design. The inside spaces were designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.

What the Building Looks Like

The bottom part of the tower is made from granite. This helps it match other buildings in the Flatiron District. As the tower goes up, it gets wider. This unique shape makes it stand out.

The Madison Square Park Tower has 83 special homes called condominiums. These are like apartments that people own.

This skyscraper has many cool places for people living there. On the second, third, and fourth floors, there's a huge fitness center. It has a basketball court where you can shoot hoops. There's also a golf studio to practice your swing. You can even find private training rooms.

For younger residents, there's a special children's playroom. If you like to read, there's a quiet library. On the 54th floor, there's a club with a private dining room. Outside the building, you can enjoy a small garden.
