Miranda Alexis Freeman (born March 23, 1995) is an American professional soccer player. She plays as a defender for Gotham FC. This team is part of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). A defender's job is to stop the other team from scoring goals.

Her College Journey
Mandy Freeman played college soccer for the USC team. She played there from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, her team won a big championship. This was the NCAA National Championship.
Playing Professionally
Mandy was chosen by Sky Blue FC in the 2017 NWSL College Draft. She was the 10th player picked overall. In her first season, 2017, she played in 21 games. She played in 21 more games for the team in the 2018 season.
In 2019, Mandy had an injury. She tore a tendon in her ankle during practice. This meant she could not play for the whole 2019 NWSL season.
On May 25, 2025, Mandy was the captain for Gotham FC. They played in the 2025 CONCACAF W Champions Cup final. Gotham FC won the game 1–0 against Tigres. This made them the first-ever winners of this competition.
