Margaret Agnes Feilding was born on April 21, 1871. Her father was General Sir Percy Robert Basil Feilding. Her mother was Lady Louisa Isabella Harriet Thynne.

On October 21, 1907, Margaret married Sir Walter Edward Davidson. After her marriage, she was known as Lady Davidson.

Honors and Service

In 1918, Lady Davidson received a very special honor. She was made a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE). This award was given to her because of her own hard work and dedication.

Later, she also became a Dame of Grace, Order of St. John of Jerusalem. These titles showed how much her service and efforts were valued. After receiving these honors, she was known as Dame Margaret Davidson.

Dame Margaret was very active in helping others. She worked with the Red Cross Society, which helps people in need, especially during emergencies. She also supported the Scouting and Girl Guides movements. These groups teach young people important skills and values.
