Ritva Marjatta Kajosmaa (born 3 February 1938) is a former Finnish cross-country skier. She was a top athlete in the 1970s. Marjatta competed in two Winter Olympics and won four medals.
She also did very well at the Holmenkollen ski festival. She won the 10 km race four times (1969, 1971–1973). She also won the 5 km race three times (1969, 1972-1973).
Marjatta won two medals at the 1970 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. She earned a silver medal in the 10 km race. She also won a bronze medal in the 3 × 5 km relay race.
In 1971, Marjatta received the Holmenkollen medal. This award is given for great success in Nordic skiing. She shared the medal with Berit Mørdre Lammedal and Reidar Hjermstad. Marjatta was the first Finnish woman to ever win this special medal.
