Mark S. Hubbard, born on October 15, 1966, is a talented American gospel musician. He started his music career in 1992 with his album Trust in Jesus, released by Tyscot Records. This album was special because it was the only one to appear on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart. He released two more albums with Tyscot Records: No, I Won't Turn Back in 1995 and He's up There in 1996. Later, he released Different Level in 1998 and Blessin' Waitin' on Me in 2004. Mark Hubbard's amazing backing choir was first called The United Voices for Christ, but they are now known as "The Voices." In 2017, Mark was chosen as the President of The Recording Academy's Chicago Chapter, which is known for the GRAMMYs.

Early Life and Music Start
Mark S. Hubbard was born in Chicago, Illinois, on October 15, 1966. His mother, Bishop Louarraire, was a leader at Greater Temple Missionary Baptist Church. Mark became a believer in Jesus Christ when he was just five years old. He joined his mother's church and eventually became the leader of the choir there. In 1985, he created his own choir, The United Voices for Christ. It started with only three people but grew to include more than one hundred singers!
Mark Hubbard's Music Journey
Mark Hubbard's official music recording career began in 1992. His first album, Trust in Jesus, was released on September 25, 1992, by Tyscot Records. This album was a big success, reaching No. 28 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart. It was his only album to make it onto this chart.
He continued to release music with Tyscot Records. On March 21, 1995, he released No, I Won't Turn Back. Then, on October 22, 1996, He's up There came out. Mark later released two more albums with different companies. Different Level was released on August 18, 1998, with Platinum Entertainment. His fifth album, Blessin' Waitin' on Me, came out on October 12, 2004, with Utopia Music Group. This album helped him win his first Stellar Award in 2006, which is a major award in gospel music.
