Marsha Francine Warfield, born on March 5, 1954, is a talented American actress and comedian. She grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and went to Calumet High School. Marsha is widely recognized for her role as Roz Russell, a tough and straightforward bailiff, on the popular TV show Night Court. She played this character from 1986 to 1992 and even returned for a few guest appearances in the 2023 version of the show.

Before her time on Night Court, Marsha Warfield also worked as a writer and performer on The Richard Pryor Show. Later, she joined the cast of the sitcom Empty Nest as Dr. Maxine Douglas from 1993 to 1995.
