Mary Nuzum Dolim (born August 15, 1925 – died January 15, 2002) was an American writer. She was born in Kansas. Mary Dolim wrote books and short stories, especially for children. She was known for her stories about the Southern United States. She also wrote about women who had careers in the 1960s.

Mary Dolim was married to Abel Dolim (1922–2012). He was an airplane navigator and later became a builder. They had a son and a daughter. The family lived in the San Francisco East Bay Area.

Mary Dolim published four books during her career. She also wrote many articles and short stories. Her books include:

  • Bishop Pattern (published in New York by Morrow) in 1963. This book was also known as The Ruling Family.
  • Miss Mac (published in Princeton, NJ by Van Nostrand) in 1963.
  • The Omen (published in New York by Morrow) around the 1960s.
  • Four Hands for Mercy (published in New York by Grosset & Dunlap) in 1965. She wrote this book with Gen Kakacek.
