Maryana Aleksandrovna Naumova (Russian: Марьяна Алекса́ндровна Нау́мова; born April 22, 1999, Staraya Russa) is a Russian powerlifter. She is known for her skill in the bench press and was a top teenage girl in this sport worldwide. Maryana has won many world championships. She has also set over 15 world records for her age group. She holds the title of Master of Sport of Russia, International Class.

Maryana started her sports journey in 2009 when she was ten years old. From 2009 to 2016, she won many awards at World Powerlifting Championships. She competed in both Open and Junior categories. Maryana holds world records from several sports federations. She also won Russian championships.

She was the first girl under 18 allowed to compete in professional powerlifting. She achieved the "Elite of Russia" standard.
