Masahiro Kazuma's Football Journey
Starting with Youth Teams
Masahiro Kazuma began his football journey in 2001. He joined the youth team of Yokohama F. Marinos. This club plays in the J1 League, which is Japan's top football league.
Playing in the J1 League
In his first season with Yokohama F. Marinos, Masahiro played in many matches. He was a key player as a center back. However, he did not play much in 2002. Later that year, in September 2002, he moved to another J1 League club, Vegalta Sendai.
Moving to J2 and Regional Leagues
At Vegalta Sendai, Masahiro did not get to play as often. The club was later moved down to the J2 League in 2004. The J2 League is the second-highest football league in Japan. In 2005, he made another move. He joined Japan Soccer College, a club in the Regional Leagues. These leagues are below the J1 and J2 leagues.
