McNally Robinson Book for Young People Award facts for kids
The McNally Robinson Book for Young People Award is a special prize given to amazing books written for young people. It's part of the Manitoba Book Awards, which celebrate great writing from Manitoba, Canada. This award started in 1997 and was sponsored by McNally Robinson Booksellers.
Each year, two talented writers from Manitoba win this award. Their books are chosen as the best written for young people. There are two main groups for the award: one for Young Adult books and one for Children's books. The winning authors each receive a cash prize.
