Mikee Quintos was born in Manila, Philippines, on December 18, 1997. Her parents, Eduardo "Wardee" Quintos XIV and Jocelyn Javier, are both politicians. They served as councilors in Manila, which means they helped make decisions for the city.
Mikee started singing in public when she was just seven years old. She often sang to support her parents' political campaigns. She has three sisters: Louisa Marie, Denise, and Jodee. Louisa Marie is also a Manila councilor. Mikee studied architecture at the University of Santo Tomas and completed her degree in 2025.
