Mitra Hajjar (born February 4, 1977) is a talented actress from Iran. She has won many awards for her acting, including a special award called the Crystal Simorgh. She has also been nominated for other important awards like the Hafez Award.
About Mitra Hajjar's Acting Career
Mitra Hajjar began her acting journey in a film called "Strangely." It was directed by Ahmad Amini. She also became well-known for her roles in TV shows, especially one called "Young Police."
Mitra has even acted on stage! She performed in a play called "Uncle Vania" in France. In 2005, she moved from Iran to France. Later, she went to America to study how to direct movies. She lived outside Iran for three years. During that time, she even appeared in an episode of an American TV show called "Smith."
She was nominated for "Best Actress in a Supporting Role" for her work in the movie "Long Goodbye." Mitra Hajjar was also recognized as the "Best Actress" for her performance in the film "Wishbone."
